My work focuses on improving unhelpful thinking patterns that affect how you feel and experiences you have. Whether this is created from anxiety, depression, stressful situations, or difficult relationships with family or friends. I believe in working together collaboratively on reaching your goals. I believe in creating a safe space for client's to discuss things that are difficult and may have not been said out loud before. I like to move at your pace and work with you were you are at versus creating an agenda that isn't yours. Part of my style is to be collaborative and work on your goals together and work on changing thoughts and behaviors that might be getting in the way of those goals.
