Introduction

You may find yourself feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or caught in patterns that no longer serve you, but with a deep desire for meaningful change or a space to just talk. Perhaps you're navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, grief, PTSD, ADHD, unprocessed trauma, disordered eating, relational difficulties, or a big life transition. Your goals may be to gain clarity, relief, and to feel connected and grounded within yourself. In our work together, we’ll explore the patterns that keep you stuck and build tools that support your personal therapy goals. You don’t have to navigate this process alone & I'd be honored to walk alongside you. I offer individual & couple sessions. I specialize in anxiety/depression, issues of first responders/military personnel, disordered eating/body image, couples work, self-esteem, OCD, and grief- offering evidence-based approaches like EMDR, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, & RO-DBT. Together, we'll create a personalized plan for you. I invite you to reach out with any questions you may have! Since our sessions will be 100% virtual, therapy can happen anywhere that’s comfortable for you. A free consultation is the perfect place to start—looking forward to connecting! Education & Licensure Information: I hold a Master’s in Marriage & Family Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA, and am a fully licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Washington (LF61622488).
