My focus includes the development of coping skills, improving communications skills and resolving conflict related to work, family and relationships I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience in direct practice working with adults, adolescents, children, and families. I specialize in depression, anxiety, self-esteem, ADHD, life transitions, adolescent adjustments, and parenting support.
