Introduction

Our practice is led by Aisha, a Licensed Professional Counselor and owner, who specializes in mood disorders, behavioral challenges, self-esteem, relationships, and life transitions. With degrees in Psychology and Mental Health Counseling from Jackson State University and Mississippi College, Aisha brings a collaborative and client-centered approach to therapy, believing that healing is most effective when we work together. Marie-Louise, a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor, works with individuals ages four and up, supporting clients through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, reproductive challenges, health concerns, and more. She integrates evidence-based practices such as CBT, EFT, mindfulness, and family systems, and values working with people from all spiritual and cultural backgrounds. Together, we offer compassionate, evidence-based counseling for children, adolescents, and adults. We strive to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported.
