Her unique training and background allows her to create an integrative healing approach, offering mental health counseling with mindfulness techniques. She provides individual therapy for adult clients experiencing trauma-related issues, anxiety, depression, gender identity issues, grief and loss, ADHD, relationship issues and life transitions. She helps clients improve communication, relationship and coping skills. Ai has a down-to-earth, intuitive personality. She is able to guide people to connect mind, body and heart to bring clarity to their areas of concern. She is skilled at utilizing EMDR Trauma Therapy, mindfulness practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Family of origin and attachment work are cornerstones of her work with clients. Ai helps people gain psychological insight into factors affecting mental health and happiness. She welcomes people of color and the LGBTQ+ community to her practice. Please note that sessions are Telehealth Only. Clients must live in WA State.
