Introduction
In our relationships, we can often feel trapped under the weight of our emotions or become stuck in cycles which feel impossible to break. Sometimes, unprocessed issues from our past can get in the way of us being able to move forward or engage in relationships in the way we would like. I believe relationships have a major impact on our lives and feelings of fulfillment. The ways we think, feel, and behave within relationships can tell us a lot about things we may believe about ourselves and relationships.. I believe we all have the ability to find healing, establish balance, and make changes in our lives. My goal is to come alongside you, providing a safe, nonjudgmental, and compassionate place to begin finding hope and healing in your life and relationships. I will work with you to help you understand the root cause of problems in your life and gain the skills to build healthier, more fulfilling relationships, and to better handle life’s stressors and anxieties. My areas of focus include relational issues, breaking family and individual patterns or cycles, trauma, anxiety, and depression. I utilize techniques from IFS, attachment theory, and Emotion Focused Therapy.
