I’m passionate about mental health in all its complexity—how it shapes lives, relationships, and communities, and how culture and environment influence a person’s overall well-being. I work especially well with children, caregivers, and families to improve communication and attachment, as well as supporting those who struggle with emotion regulation and navigating life transitions. My therapeutic style is one that provides empathic validation for your lived experiences while also encouraging growth through self-reflection and gentle challenges. Over the past 8 years, I have worked with folks of all ages across the lifespan providing family education & support, behavioral & coping skill-building, and trauma-informed mental health care. Each of us learns in our own unique ways, and I tailor therapy to meet the specific needs of each of my clients. Together we will aim for progress, not perfection.
