Introduction

You’ve checked all the boxes. You’re doing all the things. And yet… something feels off. You’re overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in your own head—and you’re craving space to just be. I specialize in working with high-achieving women and young adults who feel disconnected from themselves beneath the surface of doing-it-all. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, ADHD, or a major life transition, therapy with me offers a place to slow down, feel more, and come home to yourself. My approach is grounded, emotionally attuned, and collaborative. I believe in deep conversations, curiosity without judgment, and honoring the complexity of your inner world. You don’t have to carry it alone—or keep powering through. I offer both in-person therapy at my office in Wellesley, MA and virtual sessions across Massachusetts.
