Many of my clients are processing developmental trauma, attachment wounds, or the emotional impacts of high-conflict or abusive relationships. My clinical approach is rooted in evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care, while also integrating somatic tools such as breathwork, grounding techniques, and EFT/tapping to support nervous system regulation and mind-body connection.
