I’ve been a helping professional for nearly 20 years, working with populations from pediatrics to geriatrics. I am dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive space where you feel heard and understood. My background in clinical spiritual care and contextual behavioral therapies like ACT and DBT inform my therapeutic approach. Whether you are seeking individual therapy, clinical supervision/case consultation to enhance your skills, or organizational consultation to promote employee equity and well-being, we will find a helpful path forward. I have Masters degrees in Divinity and Social Work and certificates in Health Administration and Policy (GPHAP) and Trauma-Informed Care from the University of Chicago. I am a candidate in the Sokolov Executive MBA program at University of Chicago's Booth School of Business. I bring a wealth of experience to our collaboration.
