Introduction

Trauma-Informed Psychotherapy for Deep Feelers + Sensitive Navigators At SoulBridge Therapy, I offer warm, collaborative psychotherapy for individuals navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and complex life transitions. My approach is rooted in nervous system regulation, attachment repair, and trauma-informed care—blending structure with spaciousness. I specialize in supporting people who feel deeply: those who have held too much for too long, sensed too much too early, or carried emotional burdens in silence. Many of my clients are recovering from complex trauma, chronic stress, or relational patterns that no longer feel like home. Therapy with me is not rushed. We move at a pace that feels safe for your body and your story. I listen closely—not just to your words, but to what’s underneath them. In sessions, I integrate somatic therapy, parts work (IFS-informed), and mindfulness, with a subtle sensitivity to the emotional and intuitive layers that often emerge when we finally feel safe enough to be fully seen.
