I'm passionate about working with individuals ages 13 and up who are seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, navigating men's mental health challenges, bipolar disorder, stress management, first responders, and grief. I enjoy helping teens and adults develop personalized coping strategies and skills to build a fulfilling life. My approach is deeply collaborative, working alongside my clients to develop personalized strategies that foster resilience, growth, and empowerment. I am dedicated to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I completed my undergraduate at Northwest University in Kirkland, WA in Psychology and my Masters Degree at Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem for Counseling.
