Introduction

I'm compassionate therapist with a focus on maternal mental health, relationships and life transitions, committed to supporting women as they navigate the complexities of both significant life changes and everyday stressors. My approach is empathetic, culturally sensitive, and grounded in a deep respect for each individual’s lived experiences. With over 6 years of experience, I help women build resilience, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and cultivate a sense of balance. Whether you’re holding it all together or learning to let go, you deserve a space to be seen, heard, and supported. This isn’t just therapy.
This is a village. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, and trauma-informed care, to meet each client where they are. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space for women to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves. Let's connect! If you’re ready to explore how we can work together to support your mental health and well-being, I’d love to hear from you. I offer a free consultation to discuss your needs and help you decide how we can move forward in a way that feels right for you. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing, balance, and strength.
