Introduction

I work with clients who may be feeling overwhelmed by the demands of modern life and the weight of past experiences. I believe healing is an ongoing process—one that honors the connection between body, mind, and spirit. Rooted in a trauma-informed perspective and supported by EMDR training, my work gently guides clients toward uncovering how survival strategies and old behaviors that once protected them may now be holding them back from living fully in the present. I have a deep commitment to working with individuals affected by substance use, addiction, and the ripple effects these challenges create in all areas of life. My background includes years of experience in addiction recovery settings, where I’ve supported clients through sober curiosity, early sobriety, harm reduction, relapse prevention, and long-term healing. I understand addiction not as a moral failing, but as a response to pain made more complicated by the intricacies of the brain. I meet clients with compassion, curiosity, humor, and a belief in their inherent worth and resilience. Alongside my clinical training, I bring a holistic lens to my work, informed by my certification as a 200-hour yoga teacher. I integrate mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic awareness into sessions as appropriate, helping clients reconnect with their bodies and inner wisdom. If you sense that our work may align, I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. Together, we can explore how to begin or deepen your journey of self-exploration.
