Hi! My name is LaShell Haynes, and I’m an LPC-Associate supervised by Kimberly Harkey. I am passionate about helping those experiencing suicidal thoughts, thoughts of self-harm, and psychosis. I’m committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can talk openly about all thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear. I’ve provided care for clients aged seven and up, always striving to meet everyone where they are with kindness and respect. I’m particularly interested in how culture and spirituality shape who we are, and I aim to honor and respect each person’s unique background and identity. About my education and experience: In 2018, I started my journey to support people through their healing. I have worked with people who are experiencing suicidal thoughts, thoughts of self-harm, hallucinations, delusions, behavioral concerns, grief, recovery from domestic violence, and a range of mental health concerns. In 2022, I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University. With my experience, my goal is help you along your path to uncover your authentic self at a pace that is right for you, without judgement, without pressure, and without expectations. If you are in need of immediate assistance for suicidal thoughts, please contact 988 or your local emergency services.
