My ideal client has carried the weight of survival far too long—often without support. They may come from underserved communities and face intergenerational trauma, systemic injustice, or childhood instability. Despite adversity, they come to therapy with deep inner strength and a quiet drive for change. They seek healing, healthier relationships, and emotional clarity. My role is to walk beside them, provide a safe, validating space, and help them reconnect with the resilience they already possess. They come to therapy because they want more for themselves, their children, and their communities. I use a trauma-informed, strengths-based lens grounded in evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness practices. My goal is to help you reconnect with your resilience and feel more in control of your story. I welcome individuals and families of all ages, especially those impacted by systemic barriers or intergenerational trauma. You’ve already taken a courageous first step—if you’re ready, I’d be honored to walk the next part of the journey with you. Please don’t hesitate to reach out.
