Introduction

What does it look like for you to be seen, heard, and truly validated? That’s the space I aim to create in our work together—no matter your age or stage in life. Whether you're navigating the emotional ups and downs of adolescence, trying to make sense of adulthood, parenting, relationships, career transitions, or just feeling stuck—life can be a lot. You may be feeling more irritable, anxious, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure about what’s next. Maybe you’re wondering if things will get easier, if you’ll feel more like yourself again, or if you'll ever stop second-guessing everything. You’re not alone. You deserve support that meets you where you are. I work with teens, young adults, and adults to better understand themselves, manage life’s challenges, and feel more grounded in who they are. My clients leave therapy with more clarity about the environments, relationships, and beliefs influencing how they think, feel, and show up in the world. Many of them gain confidence, improve communication, and start making choices that actually feel good—not just "look right" to others. My counseling style is person-centered, meaning, you are the expert on your life—I'm here to walk alongside you with support, honesty, and care. When we meet virtually, therapy with me is collaborative, culturally informed, and always tailored to your needs.
